GUEST CHECKOUT

Guest Checkout is a feature on generation.com.pk that allows you to make purchases from our site without creating or using an account. While using Guest Checkout, you will be required to enter the following information: First and last name, year of birth, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, credit card information9if needed) and an email address where we can send order and shipping notifications. This information will not be saved on our site and you will have to re-enter it every time you use Guest Checkout.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped (except for orders, including pre-orders, paid for with a Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Card or PayPal account which are charged at the time you place your order, not when your order is shipped). Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue you a voucher to shop online for the same amount, or we will issue you a refund.

QUANTITY LIMITS AND DEALER SALES

generation.com.pk reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. generation.com.pk also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. PRICING AND CONTENT INFORMATION

While generation.com.pk strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. generation.com.pk cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, generation.com.pk shall have the right, at generation.com.pk's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, generation.com.pk may, at generation.com.pk's discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We do our best to provide you with great values on the Site. generation.com.pk does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day.

Customers employing mobile devices to browse the Site may encounter pricing or availability information that is either outdated or inaccurate. We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on the generation.com.pk. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

a. CUSTOMS/DUTIES/TAXES

For delivery overseas from www.generation.com.pk. you may be subject to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from generation.com.pk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

b. SHIPPING CHARGES

These are applied as per weight and vary from city to city and country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the final review of your order page, before you pay for the goods. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges. During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At generation.com.pk, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective, incorrect or do not fit you. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used and have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

SALE articles can only be changed with size (If available) otherwise they can not be changed with any other article.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless generation.com.pk and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any breach by you of these Terms of Use.
