And we have regularly been having two Annual Sale seasons; summer and winter ever since! As our Annual Summer Sale’20 is in progress, though in tumultous times we thought of cheering you up by sharing why our Sales are one of the most celebrated events amongst the GENERATION family.

When it’s our Annual Sale, why be selective? We feel that you should get some authentic retail therapy and that’s why ALL of our stock (including our Luxury Pret line “Ming” and FORMALS), across ALL our stores and online, is marked down during both our Sales! Shopping comes with its own share of after-thoughts! Don’t fret: We’re very flexible about our returns/exchange, provided that product is unused, the price label is not removed and you have the purchase invoice. You can either have your style exchanged at your nearest GENERATION store or if there’s none in your city, you can simply get in touch with our online customer representative at customerservice@generation.com.pk in order to process your returns and exchanges. What could be better than buying all new GENERATION styles at unbelievable discounts? That’s right: we do not hold our production during our Sale, As long as the sale lasts shop all the weekly (at times daily) added new styles with prices already slashed. This may have escaped your notice but along with new styles, your favourite out of stock pieces too have a tendency to find their way back on our shelves and online store during sale! So keep a lookout because you never know what treasures may pop up on your screens! Psst....we just restocked some of your favorites shop it here. Disclaimer, though we highly discourage you from unnecessarily venturing outside due to the pandemic, we have worked diligently to make our in-store experience as safe for you as possible, the following features have been in place for quite some time and we haven’t had the time to integrate them in our online store, thus they are in-store exclusive for now. Yes you heard that right, every Sale season there’s a loot happening at our factory outlet as well, as items including unstitched fabrics are further marked down for the period! The satisfaction of having points added to our Loyalty Card is surreal, right? While you may not be able to redeem the points on your Loyalty Card, you can surely add points to it each time you shop from our Sale! Just request our sales staff to do so. Ps.
